Another things that sucks besides viruses is being b-u-s-y. And stress that comes with that. I'm really awful when I'm busy. I hate ~everybody and ~everything.
The only thing that can 'cause me stress is "things to do". Usually those things are school works but sometimes they can be really small things like cleaning or buying something ("shampoo is almost finished, i gotta buy a new one, damnnnn"). And now, because I know that these little - and a bit bigger - things make feeling busy and stressed, I try to avoid them. When I notice that I'm getting one more thing to do I get annoyed. And now: I just try to reach the only nice situation - have an empty "to do list". But because it's almost impossible to have "an empty list" I just get stressed more easily.
So, when people usually get stressed when they have this kind of "list":
- take the trash out
- clean the house
- work project 1
- work project 2
- eat at least one healthy meal/day
- didn't do the projects
-> get a new job - buy a stamp
- call someone
- get the kids from school
- color your hair
- paint the kitchen
- sign the divorce papers
- etc
- etc
I get stressed with a list like this:
- eat an apple
- listen to the teacher
- sit in a train
- paint my finger nails
- check the web page teacher said to see as homework
- send an e-mail to a friend
I don't know when this started but I should probably go and see the doctor.
