Green day

I made my first raw food (= vegeterian food + no cooking/ heating http://www.living-foods.com ) "meal" today: 2 tomatoes, 1 avocado and plenty of parsley, dill and spring onion (or something like that... ) + water. All together into a blender and...that's it. I thought that all raw food meals have no taste and they're impossible to eat. I had to try because I bought this book about raw food ~year ago... hehe. And it's summer time so vegetables are cheap. I don't eat very much vegetables though I'm kind of a..vegeterian. I eat mostly... Hmmmh. What do I eat? Everything else but those things people normally assume.. Or what I should eat... Or..what was I writing.... Oh, about raw food. So, that interesting "meal" looked like someone would've already eaten it but it tasted good. Maybe I'm just a bad cook. I don't remember everything about raw food yet, so I'm not sure if spices are allowed or not. I think..not... But I didn't miss them so who cares.

I'd really like to know if it's true what I've read about raw food diet. That it's so healthy etc. My life is so boring that I have much time to try every kind of diets. A little suspense in life is always good. And what's the better way to waste time than growing..plants..... I'm becoming some weird green...person... I need to do something. icon_exclaim
